- Moisturise - twice daily morning and night.
- Brush your hair - 100 strokes a day.
- Check for celebrity news - daily.

- Wear panties (clean), tights, bra, vest top - every day except with permission.
- Remove built up nail polish - once a week ONLY.
- Produce a page of handwriting - three times a week.
- Buy and report on a magazine - twice weekly.
